2nd Chance Online Auction Rules

• To bid online, you must create an account and log in. Click HERE to create or access your account.
• Only the items in the “Online Auction Items” are available for online bidding.
• You may bid on as many items as you wish unless unless there is a stipulation by the seller.
• Live online bidding on select items begins at 9 a.m. central Thursday January 29th, and continues until 5 p.m. central Wednesday, February 4th.
• Payment for won auction items is due when the items are picked up at WLPO. Failure to pay for won auctions will result in the item or items being re-listed for auction.
• Payment must be made in person at the Starved Rock Media studios, 1 Broadcast Lane, Oglesby IL, with cash, check or credit card. Credit and debit cards accepted with a 4% convenience fee.
• You must present your confirmation email for auctions you’ve won online to WLPO along with proof of identification such as a valid driver’s license.
• You must pay for and pick up your certificates at the Starved Rock Media studios across from IVCC in Oglesby between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday 2/6, Monday 2/9, Tuesday 2/10 and Wednesday 2/11.
• Deadline to pay for items is noon February 11th.  If we have not received payment by then, you will forfeit the item and the next highest bidder will be offered the item.
• All sales are final.  Items or services are purchased “as is”. Purchases are non-refundable, cannot be returned or exchanged and have no cash value.  Starved Rock Media does not warrant any item purchased during the Cool Yule Radio Auction.
